Ky is part of the Likhang Puso Manila Team, currently working as the co-head of the Finance Committee. Ky is a high school graduate of the Immaculate Conception Academy Greenhills. She was a member of her school’s fair committee, and was the Assistant Treasurer of the Social Action Student Staff at the time of her graduation. She is currently pursuing her Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering at the De LaSalle University Manila. There, she is a Trainee at ENGLICOM, a Junior Officer of Habitat for Humanity, and an active member of the DLSU Chemical Engineering Society. Each of her selected organizations coincide with her interests and personal advocacy. She joined the fair committee and the ENGLICOM organization for her interest in meeting and interacting with new people. She also secured membership in the DLSU Chemical Engineering Society to enhance her knowledge within her field. Ky’s passion for social involvement is exhibited in her active status during high school as part of the Social Action Student Staff, and she continues to make time for this as she accomplishes her training as a Junior Officer for the Habitat for Humanity organization. She hopes to be able to build on this as part of the Likhang Puso Team. She also aims to be of service to as many underprivileged members of the community as she can. As the Finance Committee co-head, Ky aids the foundation in navigating clerical and financial concerns to ensure smoother operations of both internal and external projects. She hopes that, in due time, she will be able to make a difference within the community, and inspire other members of the Filipino youth to do the same.
